Die Cutting

Steel Rule - When cutting all the way through (especially thicker substrates) is the needed, steel rule die cutting is the solution. This Process also accommodates pillow embossing of foam core, etc.

Thermal - Primarily used for kiss cutting pressure sensitive vinyl, this heat based method of die cutting is perfect when the quantities are higher than can be cost effectively cut on the plotters.
